Deleting can't be undone, and TakaFlow keeps no backups. In the app, tap Profile → Export my data to save one file with everything, including a CSV of your transactions.
In the app
- Open TakaFlow and tap the round avatar at the top of Home to open Profile.
- Under Privacy & data, tap Delete account.
- Read what will happen, then tap Delete my account…
- Type your email address to confirm.
- Confirm it's you: enter your password, or — if you signed up with Google — tap Confirm with Google and delete and sign in with Google again.
Your account is deleted straight away, and the app signs you out.
By email
Lost your phone, or can't sign in? Ask us to do it:
- Email saidulbadhon@gmail.com from the email address on your TakaFlow account, with the subject “Delete my TakaFlow account”.
- We reply to that address to confirm the request came from you. We'll never ask for your password.
- Once you confirm, we delete the account the same way the app does, and email you when it's done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Everything in your account: transactions, accounts, budgets, goals, rules, categories, recurring payments, import history, kept message texts and settings, and your sign-in details.
- Connected sources: TakaFlow asks Google to revoke its Gmail access, deletes its keys, and disconnects every source.
- Devices: every device is signed out.
- What remains: a record that an account was deleted, with nothing that identifies you; and, for 7 days, a marker with your internal account ID so a request from an old device can't recreate anything. There are no backups to remove it from.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. To delete only some data, you can delete single transactions in the app, disconnect SMS or Gmail (Profile → Privacy & data use → Data sources), or switch off “Keep original text”. The privacy policy explains how long everything is kept.
