Install it

  1. On your Android phone, open this page in Chrome and tap Download APK. If Chrome says the file might be harmful, tap Download anyway.
  2. When the download finishes, tap Open. (Or find the file in the Files app, under Downloads.)
  3. The first time, Android says your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source. Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then go back.
  4. Tap Install. Google Play Protect may check the app first — see below.
  5. Open TakaFlow and sign up with your email address or with Google.

Once it's installed you can switch “Allow from this source” off again for Chrome. You'll need it back on to install an update.

What Google Play Protect may show

Play Protect is Android's built-in app checker. It looks closely at apps that don't come from Google Play, and especially at apps that ask to read SMS — which TakaFlow does, to import your bank and wallet alerts. Depending on your phone and country you may see one of these. The exact words differ between phones.

A scan prompt

“Send app for a security check?” or Scan app. Tap Scan app. It takes a few seconds; then you can install.

A warning

“Unsafe app blocked” or “This app may be harmful”. If you downloaded the file from this page and its SHA-256 matches, tap More details, then Install anyway.

A block

“Play Protect blocked this app to protect you from fraud”, with no way to install. In some countries Android stops apps downloaded from a browser from being installed if they ask to read SMS. Please don't switch off Play Protect to get around it. Instead, email saidulbadhon@gmail.com with your phone model and a screenshot of the message — it tells us where this happens, so we can offer another way.

Check the file (optional)

The SHA-256 above is the file's fingerprint. To check a download on a computer, run one of these in the folder where the file is, and compare the result with the SHA-256 on this page. They must match exactly.

If it doesn't match, don't install it, and tell us. Only download TakaFlow from takaflow.saidulbadhon.com: a copy sent to you some other way may have been changed.

How updates work

  • Small fixes arrive inside the app. TakaFlow downloads them in the background and uses them the next time you open it. Nothing to do.
  • New versions come from this page. When one is out, the app shows Update available in Profile. Tap it, download the new APK here, and install it over the old one — your sign-in and your data stay.
  • If your version is too old to keep working, TakaFlow shows Please update instead and brings you here.
  • Install over the app you have; you don't need to uninstall it first. Uninstalling only signs you out — your data stays in your account until you delete it.
